Bé Mây xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15 và Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP. Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập dữ liệu cần cho việc bán hàng, và chỉ dùng cho mục đích bạn đã đồng ý.Bé Mây processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP. We collect only the data needed to sell to you, and use it only for the purposes you have consented to.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập1. Data we collect

• Khi đặt hàng: họ tên người nhận, số điện thoại, email, địa chỉ giao hàng, sản phẩm đã mua (size, màu, quy cách gói) và, với sản phẩm có hạn dùng, lô và hạn dùng do shop ghi khi đóng gói.When you order: the recipient's full name, phone number, email, delivery address, the products purchased (size, colour, pack) and, for products with an expiry date, the lot and expiry date the shop records when it packs your order.
• Khi yêu cầu hoá đơn VAT: tên người mua hoặc tên công ty, mã số thuế, địa chỉ công ty và email nhận hoá đơn.When you ask for a VAT invoice: the buyer's or company's name, tax code, company address and the email for the invoice.
• Bé Mây Club: điểm thưởng và hạng thành viên được tính theo số điện thoại đặt hàng, từ các đơn bạn đã mua.Bé Mây Club: points and membership tier are kept under the phone number you order with, based on your orders.
• Khi đăng ký nhận tin: email.When you subscribe to our newsletter: email.
• Khi chat với trợ lý: nội dung tin nhắn. Nếu bạn chọn gặp nhân viên, cả cuộc trò chuyện được chuyển vào hộp thư của nhân viên cửa hàng, kèm tên và số điện thoại nếu bạn để lại (không bắt buộc).When you chat with the assistant: your messages. If you ask for a staff member, the whole conversation goes to the shop staff's inbox, with your name and phone number if you leave them (optional).
• Khi báo sản phẩm lỗi, hư hỏng, giao sai, khác mô tả hoặc hết hạn: ảnh sản phẩm và bao bì bạn gửi cho shop qua Zalo, Messenger hoặc email, chỉ để xử lý đổi hoặc hoàn tiền. Xin đừng gửi ảnh có mặt của bé; chúng tôi không cần ảnh trẻ em.When you report a defective, damaged, wrong, not-as-described or expired item: the photos of the product and its packaging you send the shop by Zalo, Messenger or email, used only to handle the exchange or refund. Please don't send photos showing your child's face; we never need photos of children.
• Khi bạn đồng ý cookie phân tích hoặc quảng cáo: dữ liệu duyệt web qua Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel.When you accept analytics or advertising cookies: browsing data via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel.
• Giỏ hàng, danh sách yêu thích và hồ sơ bé tuỳ chọn (xem mục 3) được lưu ngay trên trình duyệt của bạn, không gửi về máy chủ.Your cart, wishlist and the optional baby profile (see section 3) are stored in your browser only and are not sent to our servers.

2. Mục đích sử dụng2. How we use your data

• Xử lý, giao và hỗ trợ đơn hàng (cần thiết để thực hiện hợp đồng mua bán).To process, deliver and support your orders (necessary to perform the sales contract).
• Xuất hoá đơn điện tử khi bạn yêu cầu, theo quy định về hoá đơn và thuế.To issue the e-invoice you ask for, as invoicing and tax rules require.
• Tích điểm, xếp hạng và áp dụng ưu đãi Bé Mây Club cho đơn hàng của bạn.To award points, set your tier and apply Bé Mây Club perks to your orders.
• Trả lời câu hỏi của bạn trong khung chat, và để nhân viên hỗ trợ tiếp khi bạn yêu cầu.To answer your questions in the chat, and for our staff to take over when you ask them to.
• Ghi lô và hạn dùng của sản phẩm có hạn dùng (khăn ướt, sữa tắm…) vào đơn để tra cứu khi bạn báo sản phẩm lỗi, và để liên hệ bạn nếu một lô cần thu hồi.To record the lot and expiry date of products that have one (wipes, bath wash…) on your order, so we can look them up when you report a faulty product and contact you if a lot has to be recalled.
• Gợi ý sản phẩm và size theo giai đoạn hoặc cân nặng bạn chọn, đối chiếu với bảng size của từng sản phẩm: việc này chạy ngay trong trình duyệt của bạn.To suggest products and sizes for the stage or weight you choose, matched against each product's own size table: this runs in your browser.
• Gửi tin khuyến mại qua email hoặc Zalo: chỉ khi bạn đồng ý riêng cho mục đích này.To send promotions by email or Zalo: only if you give separate consent for this purpose.
• Phân tích lượt truy cập và hiển thị quảng cáo phù hợp: chỉ khi bạn bật cookie tương ứng.To analyse site traffic and show relevant ads: only if you turn on the corresponding cookies.

3. Dữ liệu về con bạn3. Information about your child

Thông tin về trẻ em là dữ liệu cá nhân của người chưa thành niên và cần được bảo vệ đặc biệt. Bé Mây vì vậy làm theo nguyên tắc đơn giản: chỉ dùng điều cha mẹ tự nguyện nhập, chỉ để gợi ý đúng sản phẩm, và luôn để bạn kiểm soát.Information about a child is personal data of a minor and needs special protection. Bé Mây therefore follows a simple rule: we only use what a parent chooses to enter, only to suggest the right products, and you stay in control.

• Không bắt buộc: bạn xem hàng, xem bảng size và thanh toán mà không cần nhập bất cứ điều gì về con.Never required: you can browse, check size tables and check out without entering anything about your child.
• Chỉ gồm những gì bạn nhập: biệt danh (tuỳ chọn), giai đoạn hoặc số tháng tuổi, và cân nặng khi bạn muốn gợi ý size theo bảng của từng sản phẩm. Chúng tôi không hỏi họ tên thật, ngày sinh chính xác hay ảnh của bé.Only what you enter: a nickname (optional), the stage or age in months, and the weight when you want size suggestions from each product's table. We never ask for a real name, an exact birth date or a photo.
• Mặc định thông tin chỉ dùng trong lượt truy cập này và mất khi bạn đóng thẻ. Chỉ khi bạn tích đồng ý lưu, nó mới được giữ trên thiết bị của bạn (không gửi về máy chủ của Bé Mây).By default it is used for this visit only and forgotten when you close the tab. Only if you tick the consent box is it kept on your own device (never sent to Bé Mây's servers).
• Bạn sửa hoặc xoá bất cứ lúc nào ở trang Hồ sơ bé; xoá dữ liệu trình duyệt cũng xoá luôn.You can edit or delete it at any time on the Baby profile page; clearing your browser data removes it too.
• Không bao giờ được đưa vào sự kiện gửi cho nền tảng phân tích hoặc quảng cáo, nhật ký sự kiện của shop, đơn hàng hay khung chat. Shop chỉ đếm được số lần dùng bộ lọc giai đoạn, không biết đó là giai đoạn nào.It is never put in the events sent to analytics or advertising platforms, in the shop's event log, in orders or in the chat. The shop can only count how many times the stage filter was used, not which stage.
• Lưu ý: nhóm tuổi bạn chọn có thể hiện trong địa chỉ trang (ví dụ ?tuoi=6-12) để bạn chia sẻ được liên kết. Khi bạn bật cookie phân tích hoặc quảng cáo, địa chỉ trang là một phần dữ liệu duyệt web mà các nền tảng đó nhận. Số tháng tuổi và cân nặng chính xác bạn nhập không nằm trong địa chỉ trang.Note: the age band you pick can appear in the page address (for example ?tuoi=6-12) so you can share a link. If you turn on analytics or advertising cookies, the page address is part of the browsing data those platforms receive. The exact months and weight you enter are not put in the page address.

Gợi ý size và độ tuổi dựa trên bảng của nhà sản xuất cho từng sản phẩm và không thay thế tư vấn của bác sĩ hay nhân viên y tế. Chúng tôi không yêu cầu thông tin sức khoẻ: xin đừng nhập chẩn đoán, thuốc hay bệnh sử của bé vào khung chat. Nếu bé có dấu hiệu khó chịu khi dùng sản phẩm, hãy ngưng dùng và hỏi ý kiến bác sĩ.Size and age suggestions rely on the maker's table for each product and do not replace advice from a doctor or health professional. We do not ask for health information: please don't enter a diagnosis, medication or medical history for your child in the chat. If your child seems uncomfortable with a product, stop using it and ask a doctor.

4. Cookie4. Cookies

Cookie cần thiết luôn bật để giỏ hàng hoạt động. Cookie phân tích và quảng cáo chỉ tải sau khi bạn đồng ý, và bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào.Essential cookies are always on so your cart works. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time.

Video sản phẩm phát bằng trình phát của TikTok hoặc Instagram. Trang không tải gì từ hai nền tảng này cho đến khi bạn bấm xem video; khi bấm, nền tảng đó có thể đặt cookie và thu thập dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ.Product videos play in TikTok's or Instagram's own player. Nothing is loaded from these platforms until you tap a video; once you do, that platform may set cookies and collect data under its own policy.

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu5. Sharing your data

• Đơn vị vận chuyển: tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ để giao hàng.Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
• Đơn vị thanh toán: thông tin cần cho giao dịch chuyển khoản hoặc ví điện tử.Payment providers: the information needed for bank transfer or e-wallet transactions.
• Nhà cung cấp hoá đơn điện tử (như Viettel, MISA, VNPT) và cơ quan thuế: thông tin ghi trên hoá đơn bạn yêu cầu.Our e-invoice provider (such as Viettel, MISA or VNPT) and the tax authority: the details on the invoice you ask for.
• Nhà cung cấp AI cho trợ lý chat: khi cửa hàng bật, tin nhắn của bạn cùng đoạn chat trước đó được gửi tới Claude của Anthropic (Hoa Kỳ, tức là chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài) hoặc tới agent AI của AIECOS để soạn câu trả lời. Tên và số điện thoại bạn để lại cho nhân viên không được gửi tới AI. Đừng gửi thông tin nhạy cảm qua chat.AI providers for the chat assistant: when the shop turns them on, your message and the conversation before it are sent to Anthropic's Claude (in the USA, so the data leaves Vietnam) or to an AIECOS AI agent to write the reply. The name and phone number you leave for our staff are not sent to the AI. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.
• Trợ lý AI của chủ shop: khi cửa hàng dùng Claude của Anthropic (Hoa Kỳ) để tra cứu và xử lý công việc, những gì liên quan tới câu hỏi của nhân viên (tên, sản phẩm và số tiền trong đơn, đánh giá, tin nhắn bạn gửi shop) có thể được gửi tới Anthropic để trả lời. Số điện thoại được che bớt và không gửi địa chỉ.The shop owner's AI assistant: when the shop uses Anthropic's Claude (in the USA) to look things up and handle work, what a staff question needs (your name, the products and amounts in your orders, your reviews, the messages you sent us) may be sent to Anthropic to answer it. Phone numbers are partly hidden and addresses aren't sent.
• Nền tảng phân tích và quảng cáo (Google, Meta, TikTok), chỉ khi bạn bật cookie tương ứng: dữ liệu duyệt web và sự kiện mua hàng (sản phẩm, giá, mã đơn). Hồ sơ bé (biệt danh, tuổi, cân nặng), ảnh và nội dung trò chuyện không được đưa vào các sự kiện này.Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), only if you turn on the matching cookies: browsing data and purchase events (products, prices, order number). The baby profile (nickname, age, weight), photos and chat messages are not put in these events.
• Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân cho bên thứ ba.We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Thời gian lưu trữ6. Retention

Dữ liệu đơn hàng và hoá đơn (kèm lô, hạn dùng ghi trên đơn) được lưu theo thời hạn pháp luật về kế toán, thuế yêu cầu. Email nhận tin được xoá khi bạn huỷ đăng ký. Đoạn chat với trợ lý chỉ lưu trên trình duyệt trong lượt truy cập; cuộc trò chuyện đã chuyển cho nhân viên được giữ trong hộp thư của cửa hàng cho đến khi bạn yêu cầu xoá.Order and invoice data (with the lot and expiry date recorded on the order) are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Newsletter emails are deleted when you unsubscribe. Your chat with the assistant stays in your browser for that visit only; a conversation handed to our staff stays in the shop's inbox until you ask us to delete it.

7. Quyền của bạn7. Your rights

• Xem, sửa, yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình.To access, correct and request deletion of your personal data.
• Rút lại sự đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào; việc rút lại không ảnh hưởng đến xử lý trước đó.To withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
• Khiếu nại đến cơ quan có thẩm quyền nếu quyền của bạn bị vi phạm.To lodge a complaint with the competent authority if your rights are infringed.
